The abbreviation “GS” is known in the plastics industry and stands for “cast”. A more sustainable and cheaper alternative without compromising on quality. Greencast® is in stock in clear, black, white, satin, opal, transparent colours, translucent colours, metallic and mother-of-pearl. It is also just as clear and indistinguishable from normal cast acrylic. It has the same excellent properties as standard cast acrylic. Greencast® acrylic is a cast material made from 100% recycled pre-and post-consumer acrylic. Transparent cast acrylic can be ordered in different variants such as clear, UV-permeable (suitable for tanning beds), transparent coloured acrylic, translucent coloured acrylic, extra-thick acrylic (up to 100mm thick), and extra thin acrylic (from 0.5mm thick).
